WOODCHIP & PELLET BOILERS
Modern, efficient & Easy-to-use Wood-Pellet Boilers
Ekogren wood-pellet boilers are modern, easy-to-use, eco-friendly and energy-efficient devices.
All Ekogreń boilers are made in Poland, according to the highest standards, including a quality assurance system in compliance with Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU, confirmed by the CE0036 mark. Ekogreń's products are Class V boilers according to European Standard 303-5:2012, and some of our boilers meet the requirements laid down in European Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1189 (ECODESIGN2020). It is worth noting that all certifications for our boilers are provided by an independent institute in Brno, the Czech Republic.
The range of power output ratings will certainly meet the needs of all users. In terms of the heat requirement in buildings, we offer boilers ranging from 8 kW to 600 kW, a range for all virtually unlimited applications. If the heat requirement is greater than 600 kW, we are prepared to design cascade systems based on several units. The fuel for our boilers, which is wood pellets, is supplied from outer vessels by means of pneumatic or screw feeders.
Ekogreń boilers are modern, safe, easy-to-use, eco-friendly and energy-saving devices. Their features include high energy efficiency, modern design and high-quality construction.
What makes our products stand out? First of all, it is our high-efficiency heat exchanges. All our boilers are based on cylindric-construction units with fire-tube heat exchangers. This allows the use of turbulators inside the exchangers. Turbulators have two functions. First, they reduce the flow rate of exhaust gas and, second, they clean the pipes inside the exchanger, discharging ash directly into the boiler's ash pan. This solution reduces the temperature of exhaust gas and increases the efficiency of the device.
With a variety of heating devices, a multitude of units, fuel feeding systems and fuel types, Ekogreń helps improve the quality of combustion and reduce emissions from heating devices in Poland.
